Built in 2007, this home was a major remodel on an already existing 9,216 sq. ft., Los Angeles home.

The extent of the remodel on the exterior was vast, starting with the front facade and entry way all the way to the back facade featuring the newly constructed trellis. The lower level interior was opened up to reveal bigger sight lines and flow. The neutral stucco exterior compliments the dark aluminum framed windows that give way to an abundance of natural light by day and emit a glow by night. The front landscaping was designed to match the entire feel of this tranquil, zen-like home.
