OVERVIEW

At View Site Development we consider a project as only the beginning of a long relationship with our clients. We’ve made it our priority to build a strong network with excellent subcontractors with whom we trust. These well-established connections enable us to offer highly competitive prices, while still guaranteeing a high-quality, custom-finished project. We provide several in-house cost estimations, so that the client will always be aware of how various design decisions are affecting the overall cost of the project. We promote clear communication from the very start and our consulting method is structured to help our clients avoid costly mistakes, maintain insight and direction throughout every phase of a project.

Each project is assigned its own Project Manager who serves as the owner’s representative, providing bid documents, work schedules, and detailed weekly memorandums that update owners on any design questions or project developments that may affect the budget. We hold regular site meetings with owners and architects to review job progress and project documents in detail. The View Site in-house staff is comprised of experienced Company Principals, Site Managers, and a billing department who all work with one another to expedite a wide array of services.

Preconstruction Cost Development:

We are a fully insured and bond-able construction company and demand the same level of professionalism from our subcontractors. Over the years, View Site Development has gained considerable knowledge about building materials and methods that benefit health and the environment. Our craftsmanship and the personal attention that goes into each of our projects has become our trademark.

REMODELS

Our remodeling services explore all possibilities. At View Site, it’s important we examine a home thoroughly and reconstruct the property without altering its original integrity. We conduct the same protocols that are used in our new construction projects. During the remodel process we design strategic development schedules that will accommodate our client’s schedules, including those who want to remain in their homes during construction.

There is always one to two on-site Supervisors to oversee daily development. Meanwhile, financial and overall project management is oversaw by our senior Project Manager. Our priority is to maintain continuous communication with our clients every step off the way, delivering cost-effective work that meets the highest standards of construction.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

We provide only highly qualified On-site Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and Documents Managers for all new projects, on staff at all times.

Every large View Site project is ran by our Project Manager, one of our founding partners, who handles finances and overall management of the work. He assigns each project with its very own Supervisor who comes with a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry. The supervisor is responsible for adhering to project schedules and maintaining sub-contracted work. The Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor review all Payment Applications and create weekly memos which update the owner on any design questions or project developments that may affect the budget or schedule.

Our staff schedule regular site meetings with the Owners and Designers to review project progress, milestones, and address any questions.

We set up this fully qualified staff on-site and provide as much staff support that is needed to make the work reach the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Our trained document managers oversee and expedite all financial and construction documents in a punctual manner. Additionally, our project staff includes experienced laborers to maintain a clean, protected and well-organized job site – one of the hallmarks of a View Site project.
